What we did
A second-generation family bistro in Montreal was losing weeknight covers and depending almost entirely on weekend walk-ins. The owners had no way to capture reservations online and their Google Business Profile had not been updated in over two years.
We rebuilt the website around a bilingual reservation flow, claimed and optimized the Google Business Profile with weekly posts and fresh photos, and launched a local SEO push targeting neighborhood and dish-specific keywords.
An email reactivation campaign brought past guests back through Tuesday–Thursday promos, while an automated review request after every visit lifted the rating from 4.1 to 4.8 stars in three months.
