Up to 30 days of free storage. After that, low daily storage fees apply — we'll notify you well in advance.
Can I see what's been received at the warehouse?
Yes. We maintain a live log of every package received against your account, including photos on request.
Is LCL or shared FCL cheaper?
It depends on volume. Under ~10 cbm, LCL is usually cheapest. Above that, a shared or full FCL container often wins.
Do you consolidate fragile items?
Yes. Fragile goods get extra protective packing, palletizing and clear handling labels.
Can I add items to a shipment after it's started consolidating?
Yes, up until the cut-off date — usually 48–72 hours before loading.
