Quotations
All ocean freight rates provided by VELOX Logistics are indicative until a booking is confirmed by the shipping line. Rates depend on carrier tariffs, equipment availability, routing, sailing schedules, surcharges and cargo details supplied by the customer.
Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed only once VELOX Logistics issues a booking confirmation. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of cargo descriptions, weights and documentation, and for compliance with export, import and customs regulations at origin and destination.
Carrier Relationships
VELOX Logistics arranges ocean freight solutions with leading global shipping lines. Shipping line names are referenced for identification purposes only and do not imply official agency representation.
Liability
Carriage is subject to the terms of the issuing carrier's bill of lading and applicable international conventions. Customers are encouraged to arrange cargo insurance for their shipments.
